The trimaran "Qingdao" (flag Jersey), skipper Guo Chuan, address: 1st floor No. 8129. 10 Building, Zi Cheng Jia Yuan, 1 Nongda East Street, Haidlan District, Beijing.

The above mentioned trimaran violated the "Rules of navigation in the water area of the Northern sea route" in case of providing information to the NSR Administration:

1. 03.09.2015 didn`t provide information about the departure from the sea port (point 14 of the Rules);

2. 05.09.2015 didn`t provide information about the entering of the vessel the water area of the NSR (point 19 of the Rules);

3. 06.09.2015 and 07.09.2015 the captain of the ship didn`t provide daily information on the 12:00 Moscow Time (point 42 of the Rules).
