Starting from September the 15th, 2022, the NSR General Administration FSBI website (www.nsr.rosatom.ru) will post information on applications received for consideration by NSR General Administration FSBI for navigation in the waters of the NSR, issued permits and notifications of refusal to issue a navigation permit vessels in the water area of ​​the NSR, as well as navigational and hydrometeorological information, information on the movement of ships in the water area of ​​the Northern Sea Route and on approaches to it, and other information related to the water area of ​​the Northern Sea Route.

Applications for sailing in the waters of the Northern Sea Route will be possible to submit both by e-mail apps@rosatom.ru and on this website in the appropriate section at: https://nsr.rosatom.ru/en/consideration-of-applications/send-the-application-online/?edit=Y

On the site www.nsra.ru publication of information related to obtaining permits for navigation of ships; information on the movement of ships in the water area of the Northern Sea Route and on the approaches to it, as well as navigational and hydrometeorological information from 09/15/2022 will not be produced.
